ETC Companies, LLC was founded in 2003 by three entrepreneurs --- Bradley Coleman, Robert Butwin, and Michael Levine. Bradley, Robert and Michael have a combined fifty (50) plus years of experience in all disciplines of construction and real estate development, with a primary focus on the new construction and rehabilitation of multi-family affordable housing complexes.
Bradley Coleman is co-owner of ETC Companies, LLC and has over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development. Bradley oversees the day to day operations of the firm, and also serves as ETC's Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer. Bradley is involved in all aspects of the firm's financial planning and decision making, as well as the firm's job to job financial progression. He also plays an active role in the firms purchasing, estimating, contract administration, project management and quality control. Bradley maintains the firm's bonding, surety, and insurance relationships.
Robert Butwin is co-ower of ETC Companies, LLC and has over 30 years of experience in all areas of construction and real estate development. As the firm's head of construction, he oversees all of the firms projects and is intricately involved in the day to day progress as it relates to design and project planning, purchasing, estimating, construction management, specification and contract administration, project management, quality control, inspection of properties, and capital improvement plans and budgeting. Robert also maintains numerous professional licenses and affiliations, including the N.J. State Municipal Inspector's License Residential (RCS), N.J State Municipal Inspector's License Commercial (ICS), the ACI Level II Inspector's License, the Association of Construction Inspectors (CCI & CCPM), the Association of Construction Inspectors Construction Manager, and General Contractor Licenses in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Arizona, Florida, and Virginia.
Michael Levine is co-owner of ETC Companies, LLC and has over 15 years of experience in the development and general construction of residential, commercial, and affordable housing projects. Michael's expertise is focused on the firm's business management and business development initiatives, owner relations, and subcontract development/management. Michael has successfully administered construction projects that have been awarded in excess of $100 million in tax credits. In dealing with many housing agencies, Michael is involved in all phases of project development, construction, accounting and administration, and is a specialist in day to day construction of occupied units.
